The idea here is to list each city in Alaska that has a mobile home community. Each city page lists the name, location and primary contact of the mobile home community(s), how many lots total, how many lots available and how much they cost. What kind of utilities like gas or oil and a small management report card from the citizens of that community.

How mobile home communities are maintained by it's citizens and management is all here for everyone to see. When issues are brought before the public, management tends to clean-up it's act. City law enforcement seem to take notice. Party houses don't want their name made public. Management changes the way it operates when the word gets out that this particular community is not worth setting your home on the lot.
