BATHROOM FAN

You’ve been listening to that fan struggling to turn as it comes on and sometimes it even declares its condition by screeching about it or it just stopped running at all.

There was a time when I thought I had to re-place the fan motor.  To replace the motor, you must first remove the old motor.  As long as you have the old motor out, clean it, lubricate it and chances are you can install that very same motor!

Don’t get us wrong, we have bathroom fan motors for sale and there is nothing better for a store than to sell its product! You can see a selection here.  Click on refresh to enlarge picture.  Click on your back button to return to this page.

Facts are cleaning your bathroom fan motor will most likely give you another couple of years or more of service!  About once a year I remove the fan motor, vacuum out the fan housing in the ceiling and clean the motor.  We’re not saying this is better than replacing that old fan motor, but mine has been working fine for the last twelve years or more.
