It was 10 below when these pictures were taken. This system has failed. Snow should be against the skirting, not 3 or more inches away.
Frost heave has pushed the skirting up allowing moisture to enter and expensive heat to escape.
Fixed skirting systems that touch the ground destroy homes and wastes hard-earned dollars.
