NEAT STUFF IN ANCHORAGE!
ANDERSON HOUSE
Located on 6th ave. on the East side of town. It is just half a block down the hill on the right. The old house was built out of lumber from an old ship and was one of the first structures assembled in town. It is open to the public during the summer. It is furnished with original pieces from the period. A most enlightening example of life without electricity and running water. Very well worth the admission price that goes to pay for the upkeep.
